Solo Cycling Around Gotland, Sweden

I didn’t set out to cycle Gotland to prove anything. I went to feel the wind on my skin, to slow down, to listen — and to let the island guide me somewhere unplanned. Over five quiet days, I rode through pine forests, along windswept coastal roads, and past harbors where time seemed to pause. No lycra, no gear — just cotton shorts, a linen shirt, worn-in Vans, and a heart that needed movement. This photo series isn’t a travel guide. It’s a visual journal — a gentle unfolding of landscapes and moods, shaped as much by the road as by what stirred within me.
